The entire reason we breathe is to bring oxygen into our circulation and deliver the oxygen to our mitochondria. Mitochondria are the engines of our cells, they combine fuel (NAD) with oxygen to create cellular energy, ATP. If there is one thing that hyperbaric oxygen can do its to increase the
